This is a warm comfortable Shepherd’sHut, with a king size bed OR two small singles, please let us know if you would like singles. There is a microwave, a toaster, a small COLD water sink, a kettle, and small electric heater. There is a compost toilet. And no shower. The hut is in our garden at the end of a country lane, it has a small deck from which you can watch the wild life and the sun set.

We built our house in 2021 and are in the process of developing our garden with the intention of having a wild life haven for bees, insects, birds, frogs, newts and anyone else who cares to live there.

The house is at the end of a small lane about 2.5 km from the village of Thornhill, there is plenty walking or cycling straight from the door. It is totally quiet at night except for the owls and foxes. There are other houses in the neighbourhood- we are not isolated. Thornhill has two small supermarkets, fish and Chip shop, cafes, and hotel restaurants, all within in a 30 minute walk of the Shepherds Hut.
