The property is the last house on the right hand side of a cul-de-sac. There is a driveway to enter the back of the property with a turnaround bay and parking up against the fence line. The property has its own street lamp and security cameras.

Filton is a vibrant area. The room is in a great location with Abbey Wood train station only 5 min walk. Abbey Wood Retail Park is only a 15 min walk with plenty of bar, resterants and retail outlets. If you are looking for somewhere for professional purposes, Southmead Hospital 35 min walk, MOD 15 min walk, BAE Systems 25 min walk and Rolls Royce 50 min walk.
