The beautiful private lodge is located in Brighton at the top of a landscaped garden (There are several stairs to get up there, please be aware it is not suitable for older guests with walking difficulties) with stunning views overlooking the meadows and a large unusual monkey puzzle tree, providing guests with a tranquil setting. The lodge has an open-spaced floor plan, modern furniture, a cosy dining and lounging area. There is a fully equipped kitchenette with an oven, hob and microwave and complimentary breakfast amenities to enjoy. A modern bathroom with shower, comfortable super king-size bed, a single bed and a double sofa bed. Enjoy the private garden where you can unwind in and watch the serene views, stars and romantic sunsets and have the perfect barbecue. Our managed lodge is the perfect location to enjoy the company of family and friends, without missing what city life has to offer. Parking is free. It's a 20 mins bus ride into the town centre, the bus stop is only a few mins walk. Preston Park is a 15-minute walk, whilst Gatwick and Heathrow airport can be reached in 30 and 60 minutes by car. Brighton Pier is a 9-minute drive away and The Lanes is an 8-minute journey by car or 20 minutes by bus. Pets ten pounds per stay per pet, which is paid on arrival.

It is a very quiet and safe neighbourhood with easy access to Brighton town centre and the seafront. There is a lovely enclosed park especially for your dog to run around and play, which is only a 5-minute walk away. A friendly pub 'The Longman' 5-minute walking distance, which offers great food and a friendly atmosphere.
