This is a family run private studio flat managed by Amy on a day to day basis. With over 40 years experience in the hospitality business we know how to look after you. If you need anything at all prior to, or during your stay please just ask and we will bend over backwards to try and help you. On arrival you will either be met by us or you will have access to the studio by means of a key box. Heating using the most modern of sytems, Hive is already on and set for you. You will find a nice wee welcome pack filled with some yummy Scottish treats along with the essentials. The TV has built in Freeview as well as Netflix and Amazon so remember your passwords etc. USB sockets are provided to charge those all important appliances. Located at the world famous Grassmarket, within the UNESCO World Heritage and Conservation area, this listed city centre apartment really does have all the delights that Edinburgh has to offer. With the majestic Edinburgh Castle as a neighbour, the infamous Greyfriars Bobby landmark 5 minutes walk and the Palace of Holyrood House 10 minutes away, this apartment really does offer a rich tapestry of events and attractions on your door step that will leave you breathless. The ground floor apartment (only 3 steps at the main front door) is traditionally decorated with neutral tones and rich dark flooring, emphasising a real luxurious Scottish theme. The interior designed setting is the perfect place for those romantic at heart with beautiful Scottish fabrics and low level lighting. The living area is set up with comfy armchairs, decorated with beautiful soft furnishings throughout. The living area also has a wall mounted TV with built in Freeview, Netflix and Amazon. Should you choose to eat in, the fitted Kitchen includes everything you could need including a gas hob, electric oven, microwave oven, washing machine, fridge/freezer, ample crockery, cutlery and cookware. The bathroom is equipped with a walk in shower and comes supplied with Scottish sustainable toiletries and lovely soft cotton towels.. Whether arriving into Edinburgh by air, train, bus or car Greyfriars Luxury Studio Edinburgh is well positioned. Edinburgh Airport is situated approximately 7 miles to the west of the city centre. There are regular direct buses/trams from the airport to the city centre and Edinburgh Waverley train station is only a ten minutes walk from the apartment. If arriving by car, follow signs to Edinburgh Castle into Edinburgh. Arguably the best restaurants and pubs in the city are located here and we will recommend our favourites for you.
