A converted characterful 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment occupying the top floors of this historic grade 2 listed Georgian house.
Convenient for A46 Bath to Cheltenham road and in the village of Woodchester and within the Cotswolds AONB and a short drive from Tetbury, Painswick, Gloucester and Cirencester.
The house is within walking distance of Selsley Common and both Rodborough and Minchinhampton Commons and nearby attractions of Woodchester Mansion. We can organise discounted green fees at nearby Minchinhampton Golf Old Course. Equestrian events locally include Gatcombe and Badminton horse trials. We are also ideally situated for Cheltenham races.
With plentiful parking to the front you enter via a private external staircase the apartment offers 2 large double bedrooms and stairs to a charming attic room. Grigshot boasts modern fitted kitchen with dining area, comfy lounge with sky TV and 2 family bath/shower room with underfloor heating. Wifi and access to 3 acres of lovely gardens.
Bedroom 1 is very large with king sized bed, desk and plenty of hanging space.
