Gruinard Guest House is a beautiful Victorian property with many original features located on the NC500 just a 3 minute walk from the centre of Beauly with it's bustling independent shops and eateries. There are currently 4 large rooms available, 2 Double Ensuite, 1 Family Room and a Deluxe Super Kingsize Family room, both with private bathrooms, free Wifi, smart TV's and in room tea/coffee making facilities. Guests have access to a breakfast room with facilities for self catering breakfast including fridge, microwave, Toaster, Kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, crockery and cutlery. Breakfast can also be enjoyed at the locally renowned Corner on the Square Cafe/Deli available to guests of Gruinard with a 20% discount from 9am daily.

Having owned Corner on the Square for 4 years, and meeting sooooo many lovely visitors to our beautiful village, I realised what a shortage of accommodation there was in Beauly! Our first guests arrived in May 2025 and many have already rebooked for this year! We feel privileged to have hosted a completely awesome, diverse number of individual, group, family, and business guests who all have stories to tell and experiences to entertain us with. Everyday, we learn something new from people all around our own country and the big wide world out there. We love telling and showing guests what life in the Highlands is like, and spoiling them with our delicious Highland produce at Corner on the Square.
