Guiting Guest House provides comfortable, quiet and peaceful, adult only accommodation, situated in the heart of Guiting Power, north west of Bourton-on-the-Water, between Winchcombe and Stow-on-the-Wold, and just 12 miles east of Cheltenham. The village of Guiting Power benefits from a fantastic cafe with a wide array of sweet and savoury delights created by our friend Ting at The Old Post Office, with seating inside and out, still operating as a Post Office Tuesday and Thursday. There is also the Farmers Arms within 2 minutes walking distance for a great evening meal and a typical Cotswold pub experience, very popular with locals and visitors alike. Unlike accommodation providers who are open to non-residents, our guests have exclusive access to the garden, guest lounge, sensibly priced bar and dining room giving them the space, peace and quiet they deserve. In the summer guests are welcome to bring a picnic and enjoy it in our beautiful garden and accompany it with a drink from our bar. If guests prefer they can also bring their own wine, free of any corkage charges. To ensure guest comfort and convenience all rooms are meticulously prepared for your arrival and serviced by our in-house team who are available throughout your stay. All table linen, bed linen, robes and towels are laundered, dried and pressed in-house to ensure the highest of standards are maintained. As well as Adam Henson's Cotswold Farm Park and Sudeley Castle nearby, there are numerous walks available locally from the doorstep. The Ordnance Survey Explorer map (OL45) shows footpaths in and around Guiting Power including Wardens Way which is a long distance path passing through the village affording beautiful walks in a north westerly and south easterly direction.

Throughout our adult only guest house there are exposed beams, typical of a 17th century Cotswold former farmhouse. In the dining room there is an inglenook fireplace and polished pine floors, from the Wychwood Forest, where the open log fire provides a warm welcome in the cooler months. Unlike accommodation providers who are open to non-residents, during your stay, guests have exclusive access to the garden, guest lounge, sensibly priced bar and dining room. In the summer guests are welcome to bring a picnic and enjoy it in our beautiful garden. On a more practical note, externally, we have secure bike storage and eBike charging available as well as a guest self-service washing machine and tumble dryer and air drying facilities and provision to clean walking boots. The laundry, bike storage and eBike charging are available for a small charge. Three of our guest rooms have four-poster beds and all rooms have en-suite bathrooms, except for the Quad Suite, occupying the entirety of the second floor of the main house consisting of a double room, a separate twin room and a private bathroom. For guests who are not on our room only rate, breakfast is served in four sittings at 7:45, 8:15, 8:45 and 9:15 am, which are pre-booked on arrival on a first come, first served basis. Guests are asked to choose from a varied breakfast menu and submit their order by 7pm the evening before. Guiting Power is within easy driving distance of Bourton-on-the-Water, Stow-on-the-Wold, Broadway, Burford, Moreton-in-Marsh, Winchcombe, Cheltenham, Stratford upon Avon, Warwick and Oxford to name but a few.
