Hamiltons Boutique Hotel is a Grade 2 listed Georgian building situated in Southend's historic Royal Terrace, a premier position overlooking gardens, the Thames Estuary & Southend Pier. Hamiltons has undergone extensive refurbishment and been restored to its former glory full of warmth & character, a small but much loved hotel with quirky and modern touches. The entrance and stairs are decorated in gold toile with French chandeliers and show pictures of Royal Terrace and surrounding areas. Despite the age of the property 21st Century comfort awaits you with flat screen TV, internet and en-suite facilities to all 6 bedrooms. After a good night's sleep, enjoy your breakfast in our dining room and guest lounge, offering cereals, toast & marmalades, fruit, yogurt & full English if required. We want you to enjoy your stay with us and will try to accommodate any special requests i.e. champagne, flowers etc. (To be arranged in advance) Unfortunately, we do not accept children at our hotel. (We will accept children over the age of 12 at our discretion and arranged prior to booking, depending on the room availability) Check in is between 3PM & 10PM. If you require a late or early check in, please call in advance, as this isn't always possible*. *We are not held responsible for those who are unable to check in on time (10pm) if you have not made prior arrangement. PLEASE NOTE: when booking, please be aware of our checking in/out times.

Neighborhood info

Situated at the top of the cliffs, overlooking the Thames Estuary and world famous pleasure pier. Just a short walk down the hill, through gardens and you will be on the esplanade. The High Street, with extensive indoor and outdoor shopping areas are also just a few minutes walk away, with a wide variety of restaurants within 5 minutes walk, to suit all tastes.
