Location Location Location. ....Unique split level apartment, , tastefully refurbished in a historic part of town , lovely ancient walled courtyard, excellent room at the top sunshine or storm , watch the activity on the Harbour and Channel and often Spitfires flying out on sunny summer days in the distance. You have your own entrance at street level however there are stairs to gain access to the floors, it may not be suitable if you have mobility needs. Golf/Tennis/Bowls/Fishing/ Market/ Bars/ Pubs/ Cafes/ Restaurants/ on your doorstep. Book now for a magnificent stay in Harbour View . Folkestone Harbour. Creative quarter/ 1 minute walk to the Harbour.... CCTV FITTED AT THE ENTRANCE , PLEASE DECLARE HOW MANY GUESTS ARE GOING TO STAY , YOU MAY BE REFUSED ENTRY OR ASKED TO LEAVE THE PROPERTY IF THIS RULE IS BROKEN . PARTY GROUPS ARE NOT WELCOME / THIS IS TO PROTECT OUR PROPERTY AND LOCAL RESIDENTS. Parking . There is a car park 2 minutes away.

5 minute walk ...... Sunny sands beach , Water fountains . Harbour restaurants, Cafes and Fish and chips . 7 minute walk ..... Harbour arm entertainment zone / food stalls / lChampagne bar and lighthouse . 10 minute walk .... Lower leas nature park and adventure playground. Upper leas and The Step thru arch (world war 1 memorial) 15 minutes and more ... The Warren Nature reserve / Battle of Britain museum / memorial . By bus ....visit Canterbury cathedral / Hastings / Dover Castle / Hythe But why leave this wonderful location and apartment ... Forgot to mention the 6 grass tennis courts /the grass bowls/ 18 hole pitch and putt / and putting green around the Martello tower that is a 22 minute walk away.... council run and cheap fun , they also have the equipment. There are quite a few hills and the apartment is situated at the bottom end of the Old High Street , which is a hill, the entrance is at street level but you need to climb stairs to access all floors.
