Harrier Lodge is located in the award-winning Lower Mill Estate in the Cotswold Waterpark, with exclusive complimentary access to the on-site spa, with indoor and outdoor pools, a steam room and sauna and features Europe's first outdoor eco-pool, providing you, your family and friends with a relaxing, luxurious break from busy life.
This lakeside lodge is furnished to a high standard and is equipped with everything you need for the perfect holiday. Ideally situated on a west facing plot, you can enjoy beautiful sunsets over Clearwater Lake from your own balcony or decking area. The lodge has 4 bedrooms - 1 super king bedroom with ensuite (with bath), 2 king-size bedrooms, a bunk bedroom (with 2 singles), 1 family bathroom (with a shower) and a downstairs WC. The heart of the house is the open plan living/dining area, complete with a log burner and features full width sliding glass doors to a large sunny decking area overlooking the lake, where a mature island - home to swans, herons and nesting ducks - provides a tranquil view of nature.
This is a family friendly home where children are welcome. To make your stay easier we can provide a travel cot, highchair, bed guard and stair gates.
We stayed on Lower Mill Estate in 2018 and fell in love with the place. It was at a time when we had just had our first son and he was only 4 months old and it was a much needed break. We found being by the lakes so relaxing and the nature walks are absolutely beautiful - being out in nature really helps to switch off and recharge the batteries. What really did it for us was the facilities, the Spa is stunning and the choice of the indoor and outdoor pools is brilliant as both are heated. Finally, the tennis courts are amazing and we certainly spent a lot of time on the court during our stay in 2018.
Because we had such a nice, relaxing time during our weeks stay, we wanted to give other families the opportunity to experience the beauty of Lower Mill Estate, to find a place where you can be as active or as relaxed as you want whilst enjoying the amazing scenery Lower Mill Estate has to offer.
As a guest at Harrier Lodge you will have complimentary access to the Lower Mill Estate facilities, which boasts the on-site spa with eco-pool, two luxury indoor and outdoor heated swimming pools, a steam room, sauna, gym and treatment rooms, where you can pamper yourself until your hearts content. You can also take advantage of the outstanding Balihoo restaurant and bar which offers a comprehensive breakfast, lunch, dinner, drinks and takeaway menu, using the finest and freshest local produce in a modern eco-friendly environment. Located next to the children's play area, Balihoo creates the perfect spot for you to enjoy a drink whilst the children play.
In the great outdoors of the estate, you'll be able to ramble or cycle through secret woodlands and meadows which are rich in rare wildlife, including a protected colony of beavers, as well as enjoying more energetic days canoeing, kayaking, sailing or swimming in one of Lower Mill's eight freshwater lakes. With free access to the tennis court and MUGA court, you can have quick knock-about or an entertaining game of five-a-side football with family and friends.
