The caravan is located on the Hutley's site in Clacton-on-sea. Within walking distance of the park, there are a number of activities for families to do. This includes, arcades, bingo, mini-golf, pub, the beach and swimming pool. There are other caravan parks nearby and further activities may be offered, However, this is subject to that particular park's rules and availability. This include further swimming pool, pottery, climbing walls and electrical scooters and others activities.

Family Managed

Most of the neighbours at the caravan park are families and live there full or part-time. So, this caravan does not allow party and loud gatherings as neighbours will complain. If noise, or anti-social behaviour occurs, you will be asked to leave and deposit will not be returned. Please be respectful.
