Lovely self contained guest accommodation for 2/3 set in idyllic rural countryside only a 5 min drive from Ticehurst village with it’s excellent pub and shops, & walking distance from another fabulous local pub. Light & spacious large room in a separate building with its own entrance, with views over trees & countryside and an east facing veranda with table & chairs to enjoy the morning sun. King sized bed and additional single bed to suit friends, couples or families. 2 night minimum booking.

Bewl Water on the doorstep. Lovely walks from the property. Ideal couples getaway or for local weddings. Local attractions include many National Trust properties, famous gardens such as Great Dixter, beaches at Camber Sands, and charming towns to explore such as Rye, Battle, Tunbridge Wells & Hastings Private parking at the property. Access to the property is via a 1/2 mile private drive which is also a footpath so please drive carefully. A car is essential for stays at this property.
