Heavenly Outlook

Heavenly Outlook is in a victorian townhouse overlooking Scarborough's North Bay. It's also located within a short walk (5-10 minutes) of the main shopping centre. In autumn 2019 the property underwent major refurbishment - both externally and internally. Guests are now welcomed into the newly tiled and classically decorated main entrance hall. The rooms have been upgraded and are well-equipped - including: free wifi, private bathroom, towels, hairdryer, kettle & tea/coffee. There is a ground floor room with easy access - other rooms are accessible by stairs. There is free parking on the drive - by arrangement guests can arrive early to park up before checking-in later. (Parking spaces are difficult to find especially during peak season)

As a family we decided to move from York to the coast in 2016 and came across this old townhouse in a great location. A major upgrade in the autumn of 2019 - Spring 2020. We have hosted foreign students in the past and now expanded this to provide holiday lets. Our aim to offer guests a relaxing and comfortable experience in a warm /friendly environment. As we live in the property, we can be attentive to particular requests - if they arise.

Heavenly Outlook is situated close to many amenities - the beach is only a 5-10 minute walk. Peasholm Park (highly rated) is also very nearby and popular with families. There are a number of cafes/restaurants within a short distance. The new Alpamare water park is about a 15-20 minute walk - indoor and heated outdoor pools, slides and spa. The Open air theatre is also close to the property. For cricket fans - the ground is located further down the same road. The castle - definitely worth exploring - is positioned between the north and south bay. There is a good view of the castle from outside our property and you can take a walk overlooking the bay directly there.
