We are Adam and Rachael and together with our two children we run our small family run hotel. The business has been in the family since 2000, when Adams parents Gary and Annette bought the property. We strive to add to their success of running the business for over 20 years and keep on improving on their already well established business by updating the rooms and communal areas. Our building dates back to 1930, and has definitely changed a lot since then, but we still remain a comfortable and welcoming place to stay by the seaside. We are proud to offer a warm, welcoming atmosphere where we create a home from home feel for our guests. We love getting to know the guests that stay with us and many return feeling more like friends.

Welcome! We are a small family run business, We are based in Bispham, a small quiet village not far from Blackpool town centre, If you like to be away from the hustle and bustle and enjoy a quiet goodnight sleep we are in the perfect location. We have a handy lift on the property which goes to all levels of the building. We also have 4 spaces at the front for parking, with more at the rear and plenty of on street parking. Parking is first come first served. We will try to prioritise Blue badge holders, although this may depend on availability. We love to have your four legged friends come to stay with you. There is a small charge for each pet, please message us to let us know. Breakfast is served between 9-930 and varies slightly during busy periods. You will be informed of your breakfast time at check-in. We offer a full English breakfast with your choice of items and a continental with a variety of cereals, yogurts, pastries and muffins. We cater for various dietary requirements, but please let us know in advance so we can ensure we have the necessary items. We also have handy small fridges in each room as well as a bigger fridge on both floors. We have a microwave located on the first floor, free for anyone to use. There is also ironing board and iron on the first floor as well as a hairdryer. Check-in is from 2:00pm and check-out is 10:30am. Early check-ins can often be arranged if requested.

Neighborhood info

We are located in a quiet area of Bisham, just a few minutes walk from the beach and tram stop, making it easy to explore Blackpool. We are also close to a variety of restaurants, bars and local shops, a large Sainsburys supermarket and a amusement arcade. We are also situated at the end of the famous Blackpool illuminations near the tableaux displays. Our beach is open to dogs all year round and lots of bars, restaurants and cafes allow dogs. We do have an information booklet for you to look through which names lots of dog friendly places for you to visit during your stay with us.
