High Street Farm Barn was converted a few years ago and offers guests separate accommodation from the main farmhouse. The barn offers a contempory double height reception room where breakfast is also served, there is a small kitchen that guests can use and both the double bedrooms are off the reception room. outside the barn is a sitting out terrace and the barn overlooks the orchard. High Street Farm is located on the edge of the village of Boxford opposite the village pub and is approx 4 miles from both Newbury and Hungerford. The barn is located opposite the new Village Pub/Restaurant THE BOXFORD and booking is highly reccommended
We ave been offering B&B in our converted barn for the last 6 years which is totally separate from the main farmhouse. We have dogs and an assortment of sheep on the farm and you are welcome to see the lambs during the lambing season which is normally in April/May
We are surrounded by many attractions. The Watermill Theatre, Newbury Racecourse, Highclere Castle (home of Downton Abbey) many golf courses and all the antique centres in Hungerford. There are many excellent pubs and restaurants in the area with the now well known restaurant The Woodspeen only a few miles away. We also have the sister restaurant to the Woodspeen called THE BOXFORD located a moments walk from the barn
