Louis and Anna are two beautifully appointed cottages recently restored from two 18h century stable blocks that formed part of the original property where the owner still resides. The decor is a perfect combination of modernity and comfort creating a relaxed, individual and informal atmosphere. They are nestled in a beautiful valley between the famous Cinq Port town of Rye and the village of Peasmarsh.

My name is Raphaele, I fell in love with Rye some 36 years ago when I moved here from France, the beautiful charm of the countryside and all it's historical heritage fascinated me. Being of Italian descent I speak both French and Italian fluently. I have worked in hospitality my whole life and love meeting new people and welcoming them into my home.

Rye is one of the most unique and historically fascinating towns in England today. It makes a perfect gateway for relaxation and romance. Holmdale cottages are ideally situated to explore the surrounding countryside and environs. Rye famous for its cobbled streets, hidden alleyways and smugglers retreats is literally 5 minutes away. The famous white beaches and drifting sand dunes of Camber Sands are only four miles away and the Old Town of Hastings 20 minutes drive. In addition there are numerous small villages and towns (including Battle - 1066 country) to explore. For the walkers among you there are several trails that begin in the local area. There are also many quaint pubs and restaurants close by to enjoy after a busy day out!!
