Enjoy a relaxing stay in our family-friendly, warm, and spacious home. We invite you to enjoy our garden and help yourself to the food we grow here. You’ll have the entire house to yourself, with a modern kitchen/dining area, a cosy living room with a log-burning stove, and 3 generously sized bedrooms. The cherry on top is the dining area set in the stunning sunroom with views across the cottage garden. Here you can enjoy large group and family meals - perhaps with some food harvested from our gardens. Children and up to 2 pets are very welcome. We have a climbing frame, an 8ft trampoline, and nearly an acre of private gardens and woodland to enjoy.

We’re a young family who recently moved the Highlands to build a small homestead and live the good life. We live between Fort Augustus and Edinburgh, letting out our home when we're away. Even if we're not on site, we're always available via phone or video call and have friends in the immediate area who can help in case of emergency. A dear friend of ours lives in a smaller house on the property, managing it when we're away. She is available to support you during your stay.

The house is located at the edge of Fort Augustus. You can walk to the village in just 10 minutes down the road, or spend a little more time to enjoy a stroll down the Caledonian Canal (20 mins). The house is located just off the A82 and so is super easy to access. It’s nearly sandwiched between Fort William and Inverness, which can both be reached by car in 45minutes, or via the passing bus. There are loads of beautiful places and villages to stop along the wall. Included Loch Ness of course!
