Property info

Newly refurbished 2 bedroom apartment, right in the centre of Kelso next to the square. Property has large kitchen and dining area, with large fridge freezer and washing machine. All heating is via a new combi boiler, giving you instant heat and hot water. Wi fi is free throughout the property. The cosy lounge has a fire, smart flat screen TV and 2 large comfy sofas. Bathroom has new walk in shower and up to date modern fittings. All furniture is brand new. Whole place just completed and now ready to holiday let along with the rest of our own portfolio. We have a 3 bedroom brand new house, very close by also for holiday let, this sleeps 6 people. We also have 12 apartments in Melrose town, all available for holiday let.

Kelso is a picturesque town in the Scottish Borders, known for its Georgian architecture along with the stunning Kelso Abbey ruins. The town offers a large choice of amenities, including shops, cafes, restaurants and schools, as well as a strong community atmosphere. Surrounded by beautiful countryside, Kelso is perfect for outdoor activities such as walking, cycling and fishing. The River Tweed runs through the town. In addition to the above, there are many more attractions in Kelso. Visit the famous Floors Castle. Kelso racecourse. Visit the Teviot smokery and water gardens. There is a local ice skating rink and swimming pool, plenty of local golf courses, shooting, archery and lots more for the kids.
