First floor flat accessed via stairs only with a low joist as you come up (so mind your head!), a step down to the utility room and shower over bath so unfortunately this property may not be suitable for some with accessibility needs. Living Room: Spacious living room with TV and record player. The L-shaped sofa is perfect for lounging after a day at the beach and transforms into a second bed. Enjoy the bay window to watch the “folks o’Coats”. Kitchen/Diner: Fully equipped, featuring an extendable table and a comfy sofa, perfect for socialising, coffee or reading. Master Bedroom: Sleep in our serene master double with plush linens, wardrobe and rail. Compact bathroom has shower over bath and all essential, natural toiletries.

5 minute walk from Cullercoats Bay, perfect for a SUP - especially at sunrise or at high tide. We will happily book you a lesson. A few yards away is our local Co-Op (open 6am - 10pm). Our local area is famous for independent shops, cafes and restaurants in all directions. Hyem is close proximity and walking distance to Whitley Bay, Tynemouth and the Fish Quay
