Property info

The Ice House building dates back to 1880 and is a grade II listed building. Following a multi million pound refurbishment in 2009, the Ice House was redeveloped into uniquely designed apartments. In 2018 the apartments were all fully refurbished to a high standard. It also houses two restaurants on the ground floor as well as a bar and lounge area.

The building is located in the newly developed SA1 Waterfront, overlooking the river Tawe and marina, just a short walk from the sea front. With nine local bars and restaurants, and just a few minutes walk from the town centre and shops, the Ice House provides a fantastic location.
