The open-plan living space includes a kitchen housing an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, slow cooker, Nespresso with starter capsules, external washing machine, Smart TV, dining area. There is a double bedroom serviced by a shower room. To the outside is designated off-road parking for one car and a lawn, patio and furniture. This property will accept three pets but sorry is not allowed. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included in rent. Within 3.5 miles or less there is a shop and pub. Inny Brook Cottage is a delightful retreat to Cornwall. Note: A dog barrier is available for guests to separate off living areas. Note: Property not suitable for infants. The old market town of Camelford nearby is located close to Cornwall's north coast and is ideally situated for exploring the wild country of Bodmin Moor and the high cliffs, hidden coves, fishing villages and surfing beaches that populate this beautiful area. The South West Coastal Path is a year-round attraction and the surrounding villages and hamlets harbour a wealth of country inns and restaurants.
