Very spacious living/ dining area . Fully equipped kitchen area with dishwasher, air fryer and microwave. Both bedrooms have TV’s with DVD players . Walk in wardrobes. Main bedroom has en-suite shower. Separate bathroom with overhead shower . Bed settee in living room . 2 verandas. Space for car outside lodge. Please note: Throughout July and August it it a minimum of 4 night stay. Through the rest of the year it is strictly a minimum of 3 night stay,

Hi I’m Dianne. We’ve been coming to this site for over 15 years , we love it . We are from South Yorkshire but class Wales as our second home . I hope you enjoy this fabulous lodge/ caravan as much as we have .

Short walk to a dog friendly beach. Fabulous food and drinks at the 1957, which is 2 mins walk . The Sands bar is also close by which caters for families . They have a sports bar , dogs allowed. They also serve food , including great breakfasts. Entertainment on a regular basis . Large outside seating area. Supermarket , fish n chips, pizza also on site . Arcades for the children . The train station is practically 2 mins walk from our lodge , which takes you into Barmouth, and other places. Lots of lovely walks . It is a Lyons site so you’re allowed to use the facilities on Sunnysands a bit further down.
