Centrally located on the high street, close to all the facilities. Easy check-in through the ground floor restaurant - we ate here and good value and excellent food. We were on the upper floor, but the helpful staff carries the luggage, which was appreciated. Pleasant views from the window, to the south across the bay. Room was clean and the bed comfy. Despite being on the top floor there was good pressure in the shower. Overall, an excellent stay.

A perfect location in a charming, vintage hotel. On our first trip to Wales we fell in love with the beautiful surrounding green hills, wide sand beach & classic architecture.

Beautifully situated hotel, with a gorgeous sea view. Our room was spacious and comfortable, the perfect size for travelling with a dog. The staff were very friendly and informative about the area. Breakfast was amazing, both continental and cooked offered many choices. The honesty bar worked great and was well stocked. Lovely hotel with a short walk into the centre of Barmouth and its beaches.

The property is absolutely beautiful. Set on 2 acres with gardens and a pond, only a five minute walk to town, but so serene and peaceful. The bedrooms are spacious and immaculate. Tracy, the host, is so welcoming and eager to do all she can to make your stay with her simply delightful. Highly recommend. We hope to go back someday.

very nice seaside resort we went to take part in a parkrun which is along the sea front - we ate at the Barmouth Bar and Grill and was very good The only downside to Barmouth and nothing can be done about is the very high volume of traffic through the centre of the town as in parts there is no footpaths and crossing the road is pretty dangerous at bush time, but like I say nothing can change that, Great fun fare for the kids although we only went to do a run

The beach is my favourite part of Barmouth - it is sandy, and on a hot day it is the perfect place to cool off in the water. There are some great fish and chip places and also some other nice restaurants and ice cream shops. It's great to have a small supermarket within walking distance as well.

A great old seaside holiday destination with lots going on on the seafront. Plenty of 'eateries', including an amazing 'chippy'. Ample parking right on the seafront. The beach is beautiful with some lovely sand dunes. If you have dogs, please read the signs re where dogs are allowed. This changes Winter & Summer. The is also a convenient railway station with trains to the West Midlands and beyond.

Barmouth is in a time warp, its your normal traditional seaside town with various shops, pubs, and eating place's. Very popular with Black Country folk, and prefect for children, with a funfair, superb massive beach, various hotels, nice harbour, and many car parks, what's not to like.
