Our comforting property is perfect for a group of friends, family or professional contractors. There are three bedrooms two of which can be divided into 4 single beds or three superking beds. The lounge has a sofa bed. As you step inside, you'll notice the welcoming hallway which leads to the comfortable and inviting living room, complete with plush sofa bed, armchair, and a flat-screen smart TV for your entertainment. The space is tastefully decorated with modern furnishings and warm accents, creating a relaxed and homely atmosphere. The living room also comprises of a dining area, featuring a large table and chairs, perfect for enjoying a meal with others. Moving on to the kitchen, you'll find everything you need to whip up a delicious meal, including a fridge freezer, hob, oven, microwave, and kettle. There's also plenty of cookware, dishware, and utensils available for your convenience. The three bedrooms are located on the upper levels, 2 on the middle floor and 1 master bedroom on the top floor. Each bedroom has a comfortable large bed, soft linens, and ample closet space to store your belongings. The master bedroom has a super king-sized bed and an en-suite bathroom, while the middle floor bedrooms have 1 super king bed each. Two of the rooms can be divided into single beds. The property features two bathrooms that are fully equipped with modern fixtures and amenities. There is also a toilet downstairs with fresh towels and toiletries provided for your convenience.

The house is located in a quite neighborhood well away from a main road. There is street parking outside the house, so no need to worry about where you will park your car / van. It is right next to southmead hospital as well as many other large businesses. It takes just 10 minutes to get into the center of Bristol and there are plenty of bus routes to take you there.
