We are Sarah and Chris Betteridge. We have been operating Holidays in Croyde Ltd, exclusively in Croyde for over 20 years . Starting small, renting out our own properties, and over the years gathering a collection of properties owned by family, friends, and new friends. Sarah loves helping people find the perfect holiday home for their treasured get always. She is always on the end of the phone if you need advice or help during your stay. Chris is a builder and works with our owners to maintain their properties and ensure they are ready for each new guest that walks through the doors. During your stay you will regularly see both Chris and Sarah out and about, so do stop to chat and let us know how you are getting on.

Tucked away in the corner of a quiet cul de sac, Kernow House is a private retreat right in the heart of Croyde. Making the most of the views, the living accommodation is upstairs, with views to the front across the dunes, and to the rear, over pastureland to the hills beyond. Its is also exceptionally comfortable, with plenty of space to snuggle up and watch a movie, just remember to bring the popcorn. For those winter evenings, curl up in front of the open fire with a nice glass of red and a good book, a rare indulgence. The kitchen is separated from the main living/dining area and has everything you need for a self catering break. From here you can also access the raised external decking area, furnished with outside dining table and chairs for those warm summer evenings dining alfresco. Additional outdoor seating is provided on the lower level patio along with a large charcoal BBQ for outdoor grilling. With side access to the garden, you can store your boards easily, and an outdoor shower lets you wash off after an epic session in the surf. Grab a beer and a beanbag and relax in the newly landscaped gardens with astro lawn. Its a real treat. The sleeping accommodation is located on the ground floor and comfortably accommodates 7. With a Superking bed and ensuite bathroom, the master suite is a real treat and a haven if you are seeking out some solitude. A further double bedroom benefits from French doors leading directly to the garden with views of the hills beyond and a three berth bunk room (single bunk over double bed) is great for the kids or the additional guest. A family bathroom with shower over bath completes the downstairs accommodation. Everyone who visits Croyde falls in love with the place.
