Our guest accommodation is immaculately presented housed within a newly renovated loft conversion. Guests enjoy a private entrance, private parking and free wifi. The house sits in beautifully landscaped grounds with lovely views over the gardens and surrounding fields. Here, you can enjoy the best of both worlds - your room will afford you lovely views in a quiet, rural location but we are also a short walk (2 mins in the car) from Beauly town centre where you can access cafes, bars, restaurants, grocery shopping, a launderette, hairdresser, etc. We are located a 15 minute drive from Inverness City Centre and 30 minutes from the Airport.

Hetty, John & DJ are looking forward to welcoming you to Kilberry Guest House and we aim to make your stay a pleasant and memorable one. We are happy to answer any questions you have and provide you recommendations on places to go, things to do, etc. Please note that we all have other employment commitments too and so we may not be able to answer your calls and emails immediately but we will get back to you at the very earliest opportunity.

The house is located on the famous NC 500 route but is set back from the main road so you can still enjoy a restful night's sleep here. We can also guarantee you some interesting in and unusual holiday photographs as the next door neighbours are Highland Cattle, Alpacas and Sheep!
