Set in a private but highly accessible rural location on the southern fringes of the Scottish Highlands, the former farmhouse and adjoining steading boasts stunning views over the heather-clad hills, fields, and streams. A host of fantastic sporting and cultural opportunities await guests on the Estate and nearby, including grouse shooting and salmon fishing.

Guest access Guests have private use of the whole property. Large open garden and amazing walks direct from the house. Other things to note Kipney Hunting Lodge is part of Logiealmond Estate, a privately-owned working farm and country Estate in Perthshire, Scotland. Known for its beautiful scenery, the area also boasts excellent sporting and recreational opportunities all year round. These include high quality driven and walked up game and grouse shooting, first class pheasant and partridge shooting, red, roe and fallow deer stalking, and salmon and sea trout fishing on the River Tay and River Almond as well as clay-pigeon shooting.
