Ladybird Cottage is a 4 minutes’ walk to Weymouth's award winning beach, 5 minutes to Weymouth station and walking distance to the town centre, harbour, restaurants and plenty more attractions. Plenty of space for a family of four. Ladybird Cottage is a perfect location for families wanting amenities close by or couples wanting a romantic break to explore Weymouth and the surrounding Jurassic Coast. The whole house is yours, a fully furnished Cottage with a relaxing, cosy living room and dining area. Compact kitchen with everything you need, gas hob and oven, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, electric kettle, toaster and washing machine. Relaxing rear courtyard with table and chairs to enjoy the sunshine. Large bedroom with a comfortable double bed, bedside table and lights, chest of drawers, hooks and long mirror. Second bedroom with comfortable bunkbeds, chest of draws, lamp and hooks. Bathroom with a toilet, wash basin, bath with shower unit. A combination boiler to provide instant hot water and heating. Travel cot and high chair available on request.

All on street parking in Weymouth bay is under a zonal permit system. Parking is permitted outside the cottage for one hour between 9am and 6pm for loading and unloading. A parking permit for the Swannery car park only is provided free of charge throughout your stay (if parking is required, please let me know). Other public parking is available outside of the controlled parking zones at your own cost. We do provide bed linen and hand towels at the cottage but please note bath towels are not. Please make sure you bring your own towels for washing or going to the beach. All school holidays and half terms are 7 night minimum stays with preferably Saturday check ins. All other dates throughout the year are a 3-night minimum stay. Carbon Monoxide and smoke alarms fitted. Sorry, no pets allowed. No Parties allowed as this is a quiet residential area. Ladybird Cottage is situated in a quiet no-through road in the main bay. There are a few convenience stores nearby and a laundrette just around the corner.
