Welcome to Ladywell Barn which has just entered a new chapter after being lovingly restored and rebuilt from being a redundant dales barn, into a spacious and comfortable retreat completed in 2026. Ladywell Barn is a spacious, warm, open plan living space with underfloor heating throughout. Included is a bespoke modern kitchen, with a granite topped island which can comfortably seat 6-10 people, is well equipped with an integrated fridge, freezer and dishwasher. Also included is an induction dual oven cooker, microwave and a Belfast sink with a state of the art hot water boiling tap. There is also a utility room with integrated washer and dryer, along with a downstairs toilet and sink. The three bedrooms offer a restful haven, dressed in soft, high-quality linens, each with fitted wardrobes and dressing tables, ensuring a peaceful night’s sleep throughout your stay. The bathroom is newly fitted with a large separate shower providing all the essentials, with fresh towels, perfect for unwinding after your day. The patio and lawned area, equipped with elegant outdoor seating and BBQ, are easily accessible through stylish French doors from the open-plan kitchen and dining area, perfect for seamless indoor-outdoor living. The area is surrounded by a traditional Yorkshire dales stone wall and flagged area providing easy access and a touch of character. Our electric wooden gates provide safe and convenient parking for three to four vehicles on the spacious forecourt at the front of the barn. As this area is enclosed by the dry stone wall, guests can relax in the knowledge that their pets and children are safe. Your four legged friends are very welcome, but we ask that they remain downstairs, are cleaned outside using the hosepipe provided and request that they do not sit on the furniture.

After stepping out through the French doors onto the patio, you are surrounded by the panoramic views of the Yorkshire Dales, rolling hills and with close proximity to the river Wharfe and Linton falls. Ideally located just moments from the quaint village of Grassington, with its cobbled square, alive all year round with a flurry of markets, Christmas weekends and 1940's weekend.
