Welcome to our spacious prestige Regal Kensington family owned caravan at the 5 Star Haven site, Church Farm in Pagham, West Sussex. The kitchen, dining and living area are open plan and very spacious. The kitchen is fully equipped with full size fridge freezer, oven, grill and hob, microwave oven, plenty of crockery, utensils and cupboard space. Large living area with smart tv and DVD player, gas fire and central heating in all rooms, dining table and chairs for six guests and breakfast bar with stools for a further two guests. There are plenty of DVD’s and board games if you fancy a games night in with a local takeaway or delivery. The master bedroom has a kingsize bed, tv, built in wardrobes and en-suite with toilet and basin, hairdryer and smart tv. There are two twin bedrooms with two single beds in each and built in wardrobe space. The main family bathroom has a large shower, toilet and sink.

I’ve been going to Church Farm for holidays since I was a child, it is now a place my children enjoy too. I am the owner of a beauty salon and love attention to detail. I love hosting and letting my holiday home for others to enjoy and create memories. It’s perfect for families with children of all ages, and the perfect escape for couples and friends, we’ve enjoyed so many breaks away here as a family! We are located just 5-minutes from the lagoon, which is a beautiful walk (or run) leading to the beautiful beach and local cafe. Based in a quiet cul-de-sac, close to all amenities including an indoor and outdoor pool with sun loungers, children’s play area and park, amusement arcade, club house, restaurants and entertainment. There is plenty to do for all ages, kids and teens clubs and activities, tennis, crazy golf, football, zip wire, bungee jumping, 9-hole golf course and plenty of walks. There’s a fabulous restaurant 2-minutes from the holiday home and plenty of local pubs within walking distance, there are takeaways and they deliverer direct to the complex. There’s a shop with all foods and essentials for self catering and you can also get a Tesco delivery! An on-site launderette if needed throughout your stay and a bus stop just at the entrance if you want to venture out in to nearby towns of Bognor Regis or Chichester!
