A beautiful spacious property, yet with a cosy home from home feel. A view of the lake awaits you from the living room area and spacious outside decking. Here you will be greeted by the resident ducks and Canadian geese! *Please note that the lake view will vary Season to Season, due to current UK law the foliage cannot be cut surrounding the lake between April & September in order to protect the wonderful wildlife we have the pleasure of having onsite* The property hosts a large main bedroom with king-size bed, large fitted cupboards and draws, dressing table and stool, 32 inch wall mounted TV and an ensuite bathroom with bath with overhead shower, toilet and washbasin. Bedroom 2 consists of small singles, ample wardrobe and storage space, along with a wall mounted tv. The main bathroom hosts an enclosed shower, toilet and washbasin. Both bathrooms have heated towel rails. The living room has a 3 and 2 seater sofa, coffee table along with a 55 inch TV & dvd player & an electric fire. The kitchen is fully equipped with full size cooker with 4 hobs, a full size fridge/freezer. Coffee machine, toaster, kettle and microwave. Pots, pans and oven ware are available. Private password protected WiFi is available throughout. Some wall sockets have USB connections. The property has full central heating and is double glazed throughout. Sliding patio doors open onto a large decked area. Come and relax, or enjoy the various activities and amenities Hoburne has to offer.

Hi, we are a family of 4, with 2 boys. We enjoy the Great outdoors and the freedom that Hoburne offers. All facilities on your doorstep yet a beautiful Static in a quiet, secluded area of the park to get away from it all. It really is a home from home. We live locally, should you require any assistance please feel free to call or text.
