Located right in the heart of bonnie Scotland, Larch House resides on the southern edge of The Cairngorms National Park, ideally situated for winter skiing and summer water-sports, fauna and flora. This contemporary, bespoke architect designed eco-house was constructed in 2025 to impeccable standards, complete with hot tub and sauna, and access down to the 'burn' for wild swimming!

Located right in the heart of bonny Scotland, Larch House resides on the southern edge of The Cairgorms National Park, 20 minutes drive to the Glenshee Ski Resort and its 3500ft of mountain tempting snowboarders and skiers from all over the world, with routes for all abilities. Blairgowrie and Rattray, the largest town in Perthshire, is less than 15 miles away, where you can enjoy watersports including kayaking, canoing, paddleboarding or try a coracle. Flowing through the town is The River Ericht, with the River Isla just a couple of miles away, both offering superb fishing for Salmon, Trout and Grayling in season. Trout and Pike can be fished in the nearby productive lochs. The hugely popular and beautiful town of Pitlochry is just over 20 miles away, with famous Fish Ladder and Dam, salmon fishing, watersports; whisky distilleries. With 120,000 acres of hills, woodlands and open countryside, Atholl Estates provides all manor of country sports, foraging; or simply enjoy the breath-taking walks. For dining out in Blairgowrie, a special occasion deserves the Dalmore Inn and Restaurant, for a taste of Scottish fine dining. For lighter bites and daily treats, there are an abundance of cafes, pubs and takeaways in the town. Along with both artisan and high street name shopping and supermarkets.
