A large completely private double bedroom with a spacious ensuite bathroom. A very well equipped room with a smart TV, a large dedicated workspace, own Wi-fi, storage, mini fridge, kettle and iron. Continental breakfast supplied. Southbourne train station is a 5 minute walk providing links to Portsmouth (Isle of Wight) & Chichester (Goodwood). Nestled between the Southdowns National Park & Chichester Harbour, with many scenic walking & exploring opportunities. Short walk to local pub.
It makes us happy to know that guests enjoy the space that my husband purpose designed & built.
Quiet area to live & stay in. Near to Emsworth, Chichester, Goodwood, Portsmouth, Stansted, South Downs, Isle of Wight, Cobnor, Bosham, Lordington, Havant. With good transport links.
