Laurel Cottage is a pretty Grade 2 Listed Cottage situated in Central Exmouth but within a comfortable walking distance from the town and the beach. It has a private sunny garden and is situated in Bicton Street where most of the houses are also Listed buildings.
We are mother and daughter. Laura lives in Exmouth, close to the house. Katherine mainly lives in USA but spends a lot of time in Exmouth.
A very pleasant quiet neighbourhood. Walking distance from all the many restaurants, pubs and shops. Exmouth's 2 mile long sandy beaches are also within walking distance from the house. The seafront caters for most water sports, paddle boarding, windsurfing, sailing. The jurassic coast and its coastal path starts at Exmouth.
