Lavender Cottage is a 2 Bedroom Cottage in Grewelthorpe it is a End Property with Parking, The Ground Floor is a Open Plan Lounge & Kitchen the Kitchen consits of a Cooker, Oven, Microwave, Kettle, Toaster Fridge & Freezer and Washing Machine. the Lounge part has 2 Sofas, Extending Dining Table with Chairs Smart T.V & D.V.D Player with Plenty of dvds, if you have Children there is plenty of Games & Books for Adults also. Upstairs the main Bedroom has a Double Bed and Plenty of Wardrobe & Storage Space the Second Bedroom has a single Bed with plenty of Wardrobe & Storage Space the Bathroom has a Toilet, Sink, Bath and a Shower over the Bath. 2 Well Behaved Dogs on Request.

I enjoy Hosting making everything perfect for the Guests to have a good Holiday.

Grewelthorpe is Situated in the Nidderdale Area of Outstanding Beauty, the Lane Behind the Property leads to Hackfall Woods 120 Acres of Woodland, Waterfalls, Follies & a River Beach (Not to be missed), in the Village there is a Duck Pond with Seating a Children's Play Area also a Village Cafe, GOOD NEWS: The onsite pub the Crown has had a full refurbish and will be opening in the New Year and serving food. 3 Miles away is Masham a Bustling Market Town on the River Ure at the Foot of Wensleydale one of the best known & most striking of the Yorkshire Dales in the Heart of North Yorkshire. Masham Boasts it is the Home of Two Family Owned Breweries (Theakstons & Black Sheep), Also you can do a Brewery Tour. There is a Market on the Square Wednesday's & Saturday's Selling Local Produce, There is a Variety of Venues to Eat & Drink 4 Pubs, Tea Rooms, Resturant's, Take a Stroll Around the Square where You will find a Unique Selection of High Quality Shops 2 Butchers, Galleries, Cafes,& Resturant's Plus a Fish & Chip Shop.
