The welcome book located in the house will provide you with many recommendations on your arrival, or please request beforehand. The house should have all necessary amenities for your stay but should you feel that something is missing, please do not hesitate to contact us.

This brand new 1 bedroom property has been beautifully furnished and is complete with chic finishing touches including a private hot tub! The property is surrounded by countryside but has the benefit of being just a 10 minute drive into the centre of Chester (and to the train station with regular links to Manchester & Liverpool), 10 minutes to Cheshire Oaks Designer Outlet & just 8 minutes to Chester Zoo. Beaches and towns on the Wirral are also only a short drive away! You will arrive via country roads to the property which has its own private parking space, private entrance, and private courtyard with hot tub. When you enter the property you will be greeted by a luxurious living space with bifold doors looking out into the private courtyard, complete with a hot tub and outdoor furniture. The well equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare a meal. There is also a Nespresso coffee machine and pods available for your use. The property boasts a beautiful double bedroom with crisp white linen, towels, robes and plenty of clothes storage. Off the bedroom is a modern en-suite bathroom with a walk in shower. A travel cot and highchair can be provided upon request - please let us know if you require this. There is allocated parking for 1 car at the property, but should you require a second space, please just let us know and we will arrange this.
