There is a kitchen/diner with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, dining seating for four and a sitting room with an open-fire and TV with Freeview and DVD Player. The bedrooms consist of a double and a twin bedroom, along with a bathroom. Outside, there is a private garden with furniture and off-road parking for 3 cars. There is a travel cot and highchair available on request. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Apologies, no pets and no smoking. Within 1.9 miles there is a shop, within 2 miles a pub and within 1.8 miles, a beach. Lee Barton Farmhouse is a rustic abode, perfect for families and friends alike. Kilkhampton is a Cornish settlement 4 miles from Bude, a prominent Victorian coastal town. Kilkhampton's old church, village stores, and pubs are great places to relax after a day of exploring the area's beaches and coastal landscapes. When circumstances are correct, you won't find better surf than on Bude's beaches. When the tide is out, golden sand and rock pools keep visitors busy for hours. The South West Coast Path and other paths flowing over clifftops and through green fields make this a refuge for walkers and nature enthusiasts. For those who want to stay near to home, there's a shopping centre, pubs, clubs, and restaurants. Rowing a boat down Bude canal's tranquil waters or walking the towpath among the gorgeous (and friendly) water fowl is a great way to spend an hour or two.
