Little Rosslyn is a lovely detached self-catering studio which sits in the grounds of our family home in the centre of the village of Stanley, Perthshire, gateway to the Scottish Highlands. An ideal base for visiting many of the Scottish cities including Edinburgh, Glasgow and Dundee. The studio has been recently renovated with a modern decor and sits back from the road in a quiet street and within walking distance of local amenities. There are lots of walks from the property where you can explore our lovely village and local area or why not hike up one of Perthshire's many Munros. The studio has free Wifi, a King sized bed, seating area with Smart TV and dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need for your stay. There is a decking area which you can use between April-September and free private parking area.

Neil, Emma, our two toddler's and Labrador Bonnie look forward to welcoming you to Little Rosslyn. We are a young family that enjoy walking, travelling and also love our food and searching out good places to eat. Neil works within the golf industry and Emma worked previously within the childcare sector. We are more than happy to help with local recommendations for places to visit and eat.

Stanley is a village on the right bank of the River Tay in Perthshire, Scotland. The section of River Tay nearby is a popular location for canoeing and fishing. The village of Stanley was created to house the workers of the Cotton Mill which is now a Historic Scotland Visitor Experience. The studio is located in the village and within a very short walking distance of 3 eating establishments, a pub and various shops. Active Kids Adventure Park and Cafe is within a 10 minute walk. The village is only 7 Miles from the City of Perth with good transport links and is an ideal base for visiting Highland Perthshire and the cities of Dundee, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Inverness and Aberdeen.
