Lodge 1 - Bron Eifion is a single-storey lodge in Criccieth, Gwynedd. Inside, there is an open-plan living space with a kitchen, dining area, and sitting area with TV. The kitchen includes an oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, kettle, and toaster. The bedrooms consist of a double and a twin. There is a shower room with a walk-in shower, basin, heated towel rail, and WC. Bed linen is included in the rent; please bring your own towels. Outside, there is decking with furniture and off-road parking for 1 car. Two well-behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 1.3 miles, beach 0.8 miles. The town’s 13th-century castle perches majestically on a rocky outcrop, dominating the skyline and offering superb views of Tremadog Bay and the Eryri mountains. Watersports enthusiasts will be delighted by the two beaches, whilst walkers and bikers are spoilt for choice by the proximity of the beautiful Eryri National Park. Stroll along the beaches, watch porpoises playing in the surf, or relax in the various pubs, restaurants and tea rooms, sampling the famous Cadwalader’s ice cream. Further afield, attractions such as Portmeirion’s wonderful Italianate gardens, the Ffestiniog and Welsh Highland Railway in Porthmadog, Harlech Castle, Caernarfon Castle and the beautiful beaches and renowned golf courses of the Llyn Peninsula are all within an easy drive.
