Just 4 miles from the Heart of St Andrews this new luxury holiday home is set in beautiful countryside with fabulous views over the Eden estuary and out to the North Sea. Comprising a master bedroom with en-suite, twin room, family bathroom, open plan living, dining, with a fold outside bed with bedding supplied (suitable for a single person) and a galley kitchen. On site the Members lounge facilities, including Gym ( no pre booking required), The spa, sauna, steam room and gym facilities are open from 10:00am to 6 pm. The sauna or steam room needs to be pre-booked at reception.. There is also a grassed area and a Children’s outdoor wooden play area. There’s a selection of books and games for your use.There is a flat screen smart TV, and we supply free Wi-Fi. Patio doors in the lounge lead onto the decking with panoramic views over the local countryside. There is free parking next to the unit for up to 2 cars. Lodge 17 is within easy driving to so many attractions and places of interest. With hill walking and cycling amenities nearby. Lodge 17 is only a short drive away from St Andrews town centre which offers many amazing gastric delights from seafood, Italian, street food the list is endless! Not to mention the world famous golf course! Locally there is so much to see and do…. from an abundance of Golf courses, beaches, and more historic venues to visit than you can imagine. Edinburgh is around 1 ¼ hours’ drive. Dogs are very much welcome, we ask that they are not allowed on any furniture and are kept on the lead when out on site. Lodge 17 is also gentle stroll from the renowned Strathkinness Tavern serving tasty food and of course the perfect place to go for a wee dram or two!
