Lodge One is a lovely detached lodge situated in the hamlet of Brighton near Summercourt village in mid-Cornwall. Hosting three bedrooms including a master double with an en-suite shower room, a double and a twin, along with another shower room, this property can sleep up to six guests. An open-plan living space holds the kitchen, dining area and sitting area, while outside there is a decked area with seating and shared lawned area with the other lodges, as well as off-road parking. Lodge One will make a great spot to settle in for touring the best of Cornwall. Note: Property and area around the property are not suitable for wheelchair users or those with limited mobility. Note this property is for 'holiday use only' and not for worker bookings, thank you. Please note: This property only accepts bookings within a Friday to Friday period.

Summercourt is a quaint village found in mid-Cornwall, steeped in its own history and tradition and perfectly situated to have access to many of Cornwall's greatest locations. It is home to the longest running fair in Cornwall, Summercourt Fair, which has history dating back over 800 years. Nowadays you can find a delightful village shop and Post Office as well as two pubs and a hotel.
