The property is one up one down, with bedroom, shower room and toilet on the ground floor and living space, kitchen, and terraced patio on the first floor. The cottage is heated and well equipped and has underfloor heating in the bathroom. There is WiFi - TV- books and games for guests to enjoy and Tea/Coffee and milk are provided. Towels are also provided. Guests enter the property on the ground floor. There is a small car parking space at the front of the property where you can park or alternatively a larger space outside No.17. Pubs and cafe are waiting a short walking distance.

This unique self contained peaceful cottage is 250 years old and set in the centre of the beautiful village of Bonsall in the Peak District and within easy reach of all amenities. The cottage was once a Pigeon loft and has been transformed and renovated into a simple characterful living space within the conservation area. Views from the cottage and outside private terrace are stunning. There are choices of walks from the door including 2 pubs cafe and shop within easy walking distance.
