Newly refurbished City centre flat, 1 bedroom with double bed and a double sofa bed in living room. Within a 5 minute walk of the concert hall, theatre, both inches, the river Tay, and lots of local restaurants and bars. Flat is located up 2 flights of stairs with no lift access. Paid Parking is available on the street, as well as multiple multi storey carparks located within a 5 minute walk. The flat is located within a 10 minute of both local bus & train station.
