Calming and restorative annexe set in the heart of the Yorkshire Dales National Park, famous for excellent walking trails and Dark Skies. Our aim is to create a cosy and comfortable space, in which to relax any time of year. Boasting a terrace with views over Birkes Fell, this apartment has a super comfortable bed with luxury linen, a flat-screen TV with the full SKY package including Sports, comfortable easy chairs, a dining table, a fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher and separate shower room. Fabulous circular walks from the doorstep, traditional pubs on the way, and at the end of the day watch the sun go down on the terrace. Parking is available on site including a 7kw/hour EV charger.

We live on site and happy to help as much or as little as needed.

Close to the geographical centre of the Yorkshire Dales National Park, Upper Wharfedale is truly stunning! The popular Dales Way and Lady Anne’s Way, Buckden Pike and several other circular walks start and finish on the doorstep. There are options for eating out. The Buck Inn is opposite the property and The George Inn at Hubberholme is a lovely stroll along the River Wharfe. The Fox and Hounds, Starbotton (5 mins drive) and The Bluebell Inn, Kettlewell (10 mins drive). It is the perfect location for seasoned walkers and cyclists or those exploring this area for the first time. Grassington is a popular market town and slightly further afield is Skipton. In the opposite direction, you will find the market towns of Hawes and Leyburn, both a delight to visit and the drive there is an experience in itself. The beauty of The Wharfedale Valley is a desirable destination all year round and even in the height of Summer, it doesn't feel crowded.
