Lyn is a great host..ready for a chat if you want one. She gives over her lounge as a guest lounge with a wood fire stoked up and so cosy with a view across the valley. Breakfast is at the kitchen table in her beautiful kitchen. The bathroom is spacious and super modern and the bed and linen are first class . Clara the dog was a fun bonus. Felt like we were with family. The Buck Inn had a great menu and was very friendly.

Perfect location. Arrived late due to work about 10pm, staff made us (very good) food anyway. Room nice and under £100. For the price and location, exceptional value. Pub was closed but looked very nice too.

We can't fault this little pub in the most beautiful setting. The food is outstanding and the staff are lovely. We brought our dog and they were really accommodating of him, he's quite big and they moved our table to give us more space for our evening meal.
