We do ask for more than one ID if main booker is 25 and under. We do require a GBP 300 for certain events and festivals being held in Blackpool. *Children do not stay for free. ★There is a no party policy and only allocated guests must stay. You may be asked to leave the property without a return Visiting hours are from 3pm until 10pm, all non booked guests must vacate the property by 10pm. Full deposit will be taken if you have visitors after 10pm. ★Check in time is from 3pm ★Check out time is before 10am If you happened to book a one night stay you must check in from 3pm to 8pm with no exceptions ★Refundable deposit is returned within 14 business days of check out Monday to Friday, if we have been provided all the correct information for the return.

This stand-alone gated apartment sits above three garages and overlooks the nearby car park and the famous Blackpool Tower. A public car park is located directly in front of the property, offering very reasonable prices for such a central location. The seafront is just a 3-minute walk away, making it a perfect base for exploring Blackpool’s main attractions. Apartment features: • Sleeps up to 4 guests (ideal for couples or families) • Master bedroom with king-size bed • Living room with flat-screen TV • Small double sofa bed (best suited for children aged 4–17) • Fully equipped kitchen with seating area • American-style refrigerator, washing machine and dryer • Jacuzzi spa bath
