Very clean newly decorated to a very high standard. Door from the bedroom straight to a private garden. For your use. New Wet room bathroom shower . Fully equipped kitchen
Cooker hob microwave toaster kettle all utensils. Tv in the lounge and bedroom with sky tv
Double bed with clean bedding always available and towels provided
We do not service the flat during your stay but cleaning equipment is available and rubbish service.
We do expect guest to leave the property clean and tidy as they find it please .
This property is located close to the vibrant southchurch village. 3-4 min walk from great shops and restaurants. 10-15 min walk or 3 min drive to the beach, 20 min walk or 4 min drive to the town and the fabulous golden mile on the seafront.
Public golf and gym and swimming just up the road
2 min walk to all bus services including a bus to the beautiful Leigh on sea
Or Southend East train station is an 5 min walk and it is 50 mins to London Fenchurch street and 10 mins to Leigh on sea
We live 5 mins away so we are always available to help for anything and we run a local snooker club nearby.
