My name is Babs and I’ve lived in this stunning part of the world all my life, living in Langland Bay the beach and the sea became my life. I am married to my wonderful husband Neil and I have 3 children and 7 grandchildren who play a massive part of my day to day life along with my beloved chihuahua Pixie and Sooty my cat. I have been retired for nearly 4 years, after working for 30 years in mental health culminating in being one of the managers in a busy residential rehab unit. Myself and my family all enjoy the beauty of where we live, swimming, surfing and enjoying the stunning walks and the wonderful scenery. Also the fabulous village of Mumbles with its quirky shops and restaurants and bistro bars and of course Langland Bay and the stunning Gower coast all within easy reach. Nearby are some local shops and a lovely bistro called Rag and Bone where you can get a lovely breakfast or lunch. Mumbles and some of the closer beaches and gardens are within a 15 to 20 minute walking distance.
