Opening in February 2022, we welcome you to Rye's newest and most sustainable hotel. Having been completely refurbished and modernised, we're delighted to offer some unique features for your visit to Rye. All rooms are equipped with microwave ovens and 'fridges as well as a well-stocked hospitality tray. Six of our rooms have super-king beds that can be re-configured into twin beds and inter-connecting doors; ideal for families. The large, light airy rooms also feature up-to-the minute fast free wi-fi, smart 55 inch TV's, bed-side mounted USB charging ports and all rooms have private en-suite bathrooms. A major benefit we are pleased to be offer all our guest is on-site parking. Pets are allowed in our first floor rooms but not allowed in the breakfast room. We are particularly proud to be Carbon Neutral, through a combination of the solar array on the roof, electricity from a renewable source and carbon offset against our natural gas usage. From low energy lighting to water-efficient showers, we pro-actively manage our recycling and all our suppliers are local. Our mission is to be your home in Rye, without compromising your comfort, without harming the planet.
