The private property is a detached house with four king size bedrooms. The only room available for guests is situated on the ground floor just off the reception entrance area. It is a large room with a king size bed, sofa, table and two chairs and a ensuite shower bathroom. A continental breakfast can be ordered and paid for at the property. The owners live on site. The house is located a short couple of minutes walk to Lee on the Solent beach.
Whilst my first language is English I am able to converse in British Sign Language (Level2). I retired from my professional working a few years ago, and my husband and I love to travel, play and watch sports and walk. We would be very willing to offer our suggestions or feedback on local attractions and sight seeing opportunities.
We are situated in a quiet neighbourhood, which is a few minutes walk to the local shops, restaurants, cafes and beach area of Lee on the Solent. Our house is within a 30mins drive of both Portsmouth and Southampton Cities. Winchester is approximately 24 miles away, and the New Forest is approximately 40minutes driving.
